What can you do for an athlete?

I can help you gain an edge on the competition by supporting your posture and movement with advanced techniques designed to take pressure off common areas of injury. Also, I can help by challenging your flexibility, and more importantly, your dynamic stability with advanced spine, soft tissue, and rehabilitative techniques. In short, I can make your movement more efficient and minimize pain.

How young is too young for chiropractic care?

I draw the line at 3 years old. I have adjusted children as young as a year old – including my own, but I do not specialize in child chiropractic care.

Will my treatment hurt?

Short answer: yes, probably. Because my techniques are stimulation based, you will feel tension leaving your body; some people say it hurts. However, this is exactly what is supposed to happen and, quite frankly, exactly what you need. I thrive on feedback, so I’m constantly asking patients how they feel during treatment. This keeps post-treatment soreness to a minimum.

So, there will be soreness after treatment?

Yes. Some patients report post-treatment soreness similar to what you could expect to feel after working out for a few days. The goal of treatment is to stimulate and naturalize muscle tone so some soreness should be expected.
